I tend to build when an existing tool gets close to the problem but never quite solves it. This portfolio collects the products, platforms and experiments that came out of that habit — from commercial SaaS to infrastructure tools and embedded systems.
FLAGSHIP PLATFORM
Coverity
A security-first transaction platform built around the real operational workflow of real estate.
Coverity grew out of direct experience with notary dispatch and closing operations. Rather than adding another isolated point solution, I designed the platform around the transaction itself: identity, documents, dispatch, communication, audit history and integrations sharing a common operational model.
The production platform is built primarily in C#/.NET on Azure with SQL Server, asynchronous processing, API integrations and AI-assisted document workflows. It is both a commercial product and a practical demonstration of how I approach zero-to-one architecture.
Products usually begin as an itch
Some projects start because a workflow is absurd. Others begin because a piece of hardware almost does what I need, or because an API makes a new kind of automation possible. I prototype quickly, keep the architecture understandable, and then decide whether the idea deserves to become a maintained product.

The through-line
The technologies change, but the design goal is consistent: understand the real problem first, remove unnecessary moving parts, make failure observable, and build enough structure that the product can grow without becoming impossible to reason about.
