Coverity
Transaction infrastructure for the messy space between customer acquisition and closing.
I founded Coverity after working directly in notary and real-estate transaction operations and seeing how much of the process still depends on disconnected systems, manual coordination and people carrying context between them. Coverity is designed as a security-first, AI-assisted transaction platform for regulated real-estate and financial workflows.
As Founder and CTO, I own the technology strategy and product architecture while remaining hands-on with the platform. It is built on C#/.NET, SQL Server and Azure, with API-first integration, asynchronous workflows, identity controls and auditability designed into the system rather than added later.
A pattern of building early
Coverity is not my first zero-to-one company. I previously co-founded AuthentiClick, where we built machine-learning systems to identify invalid advertising traffic years before applied AI became a routine enterprise conversation. I served as CTO, led the engineering organization and helped take the company through acquisition. That work resulted in U.S. Patent 10,567,255 B2.
I continue to develop smaller products and experiments through Braindonors Networks, particularly where software, infrastructure and physical systems overlap. Some become products; others become the prototypes and technical lessons behind later work.
