CHRISTINE ALIFRANGIS

Consulting Services

I help founders, owners, executives and investors answer technology questions that have become business questions: Is the platform safe to build on? Why is cloud spend climbing? Is the company actually ready for AI? What technical risk is hiding inside the deal?

Executive advice from someone who still works at the architecture level

My consulting work is intentionally focused. I’m not selling a large transformation program or a stack of generic recommendations. The goal is to get enough access to the systems and the people around them to identify what matters, explain it in business language and leave you with a practical course of action.

AI Readiness

Find where AI can create measurable value, what data and process problems have to be solved first, and where automation is a better answer than a model.

An independent read on architecture, engineering quality, security, scalability, operational risk and the technical assumptions behind an investment or acquisition.

What you should get from the work

Clarity. Not a 90-page report that exists to justify the engagement. You should understand the material risks, the opportunities worth pursuing, what should happen next and which things can safely wait. Where useful, I can stay involved through architecture, remediation or implementation — but the assessment has to stand on its own.

Bring me the complicated problem. My job is to make the decision around it simpler.
